Meet in front of the Radisson Blu hotel's main entrance, on the Rorbua Pub side. Pick-up and drop-off are not included, and the listing does not name the camp.
Sledding, at most 30 minutes, needs good snow: a partial refund if it cannot run, or a full refund if it is called off before the tour starts. Reviewers missed it in November 2025 and March and April 2026.
The sled ride has a strict 100 kg (220 lbs) weight limit. Not suitable for wheelchair users or people with mobility impairments; no pets or strong fragrances.
The northern lights are a chance, not a guarantee. Professional photos are not included. Bring warm clothing, gloves and warm shoes. Cancel up to 24 hours ahead for a full refund.

The Reindeer Sledding (maximum 30 min activity) is subject to good snow conditions, and sometimes the guides have to adjust the duration of this activity. If the weather does not allow the sled ride to be run at all, the tour company will offer you a partial refund and the rest of the tour will be held as normal. If sledding cancellation happens in before the tour starts you will be offered the possibility to cancel the activity completely and receive a full refund.
There is a chance you may see the northern lights, but it is not guaranteed.
The sled ride has a strict weight limit to ensure the Reindeer stay safe and healthy.
Please consider during your booking process that if you weigh more than 100 kg, you will not be allowed on the sled ride.

Meeting Point

The meeting point is in front of the main entrance of Radisson Blue hotel, on the side where Rorbua Pub and Scandic Ishav hotel are. The guides will meet you on the sidewalk in front of the revolving doors, wearing blue ponchos with Tromso Lapland logo on the front and back.
