Sledding, at most 30 minutes, needs good snow. If it cannot run at all you get a partial refund and the rest of the tour goes ahead; reviewers missed it in March and April 2026.
The sled ride has a strict 110 kg (243 lbs) weight limit. Not suitable for wheelchair users or people with mobility impairments; no pets or strong fragrances.
A snowsuit and boot covers are included; bring a hat, gloves and a scarf. Custom pick-up points are not offered. Cancel up to 24 hours ahead for a full refund.

The Reindeer Sledding (maximum 30 min activity) is subject to good snow conditions, and sometimes the guides have to adjust the duration of this activity. If the weather does not allow the sled ride to be run at all, the tour company will offer you a partial refund. The rest of the tour will be held as normal.
The sled ride has a strict weight limit to ensure the reindeer stay safe and healthy.
